Support hours: Tuesday–Saturday 7:00 am–9:30 pm and Sunday 8:00 am–9:30 pm IST; closed Monday. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and decide refund requests within 3 working days.

For an existing order, include your order number, order date, contact number and a description of the issue. Do not send payment PINs, passwords, OTPs or full card details.

Bulk and gathering orders require at least 24 hours’ notice and our confirmation.
