Delivery Policy

Effective date: 1 November 2026

Service area. SKR Kitchen prepares home-style Mandya food in Bengaluru. Delivery availability is checked using your map pin before an order is accepted. A nearby address is not automatically within coverage.

Delivery charges. Delivery is free within 2 km of the kitchen’s map pin at 55, 3rd Cross Rd, Krishna Devaraya Nagar, Yelachenahalli, Kumaraswamy Layout, Bengaluru 560111, Karnataka, India. Beyond 2 km, the charge is ₹5 per km for only the distance over 2 km, calculated on the exact distance and rounded to the nearest paise, with no minimum charge. Automatic delivery uses a straight-line estimate between the kitchen and customer map pins; staff verification, where used, uses the verified road distance. New dish and bulk orders currently have a maximum 5 km straight-line launch radius; a smaller configured limit is respected. Availability is checked before checkout.

We show or confirm the delivery charge and final total before payment. Any change affecting the agreed charge requires your agreement.

Delivery days and timing. Available delivery days and hours are Tuesday–Saturday 7:00 am–9:30 pm and Sunday 8:00 am–9:30 pm IST; closed Monday. Dish ordering defaults to at least 2 hours’ notice; the available slots reflect the configured kitchen and dish lead times. Everyday meals plans are not yet available. We confirm an estimated delivery window when accepting your order.

Bulk and gathering orders. These require at least 24 hours’ notice and confirmation of kitchen capacity, menu, quantities, delivery location and delivery window.

Address and availability. Provide a complete address, accurate map pin, contact number and access instructions. Remain reachable during the delivery window. Contact +91 84313 98402 promptly about corrections. We will confirm whether a change is possible and disclose any additional charge before you agree.

Delays. Traffic, weather and access problems may affect delivery. We will notify you of known material delays and discuss available options. If we cannot fulfil the order, our Cancellation and Refund Policy applies.

Failed delivery. If we cannot locate or reach you, we will attempt contact using the number supplied. Any redelivery arrangement and charge must be agreed with you. Refund eligibility will be assessed using the circumstances and our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
